Fully Automatic SUS 304 Pre-Wash Gallon Barrel Cleaning Machine

This automatic pre-wash gallon bottle inner-outer brush washing machine is designed for efficient cleaning of 18.9L / 20L 5-gallon bottles. It features rotating outer brushes and inner brushes, working together with alkaline washing solution to achieve thorough cleaning of both the inside and outside of bottles.
The machine is built with SUS304 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. It adopts a PLC-controlled system, a color touch screen, and high-quality electrical components from Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Autonics, ensuring stable operation and easy control. Multiple washing stations and adjustable working speed make it ideal for small to medium water plants,offering reliable performance, low maintenance, and high cleaning efficiency.
Available in three models (NWXT-3 / NWXT-4 / NWXT-5), the machine supports capacities from 300–600 BPH, with inner brush quantities and washing stations adjustable according to production needs.
